A little about me

Special Deals

I've spent 17 years in the relationship industry, starting as a matchmaker. What I saw over time changed how I approach this work.

The issue wasn't just finding the right person. It was that people were trying to build healthy relationships from patterns that hadn't changed. The same dynamics kept showing up, just with different people. And I kept watching it happen.

That realization shifted everything about how I work.

I'm Ash, a relationship expert specializing in anxious attachment.

I help people see what's actually driving their patterns, understand where those patterns came from, and change them in a way that holds.

Most people have spent years trying to think their way out of this. That's not where change happens. And once I understood that, I couldn't approach this work any other way.

Why You Keep Attracting the Same Type of Person? (And How to Break the Pattern)

If you find yourself overthinking, chasing, or feeling stuck in the same relationship patterns, this will help you understand what’s actually driving it.

There’s a pattern here. This is where things start to make sense, so you can begin responding differently and build something that feels more steady and secure.

Who this speaks to

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. They find themselves overthinking, reacting more than they want to, or feeling anxious in situations that seem small but don’t feel that way in the moment.

They care deeply about their relationships. They want things to feel stable, clear, and secure. But something keeps pulling them back into the same cycles.

There’s often a quiet fear underneath it. That something might go wrong. That they could lose the connection or that they’re not fully safe to just be themselves in it.

This work is about changing that at the root. So you can feel steadier, more secure, and more like yourself in your relationships.

I'm a Certified Integrated Attachment Coach with over 10  years of experience specializing in anxious attachment.

My approach is practical, personalized, and draws from attachment theory, neuroscience, and nervous system work, because real change doesn't come from insight alone. It comes from rewiring what's underneath it.

I work with the patterns that shape how you connect, how you see yourself in relationships, and what's been quietly running the show underneath it all.

How I
approach this work

kaboompics_rays-at-the-beach-a-sparkling-moment-32884.jpg

What I know to be true

Anxious attachment isn't a personality trait. It's a learned response, shaped early and reinforced over time. It's not who you are,  it's what you adapted to.

And learned responses can change, with the right support at the right level.

That's what this work is built around.
